How soon will we deliver?
We want to get your order to you as soon as possible. We would normally expect the goods to be dispatched within 1-3 days. If (in the unlikely event) we are out of stock on a toy of your choice, we will get in touch with you to give you more details.
A broken toy.
Crazy bones are hard to break and we do check all bones before they go out to ensure they are in top condition. In the unlikely event of faulty toys, please tell us immediately and we will get it sorted out and organise an exchange, refund or credit.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us so we can advise on the return of your product.
Delivery Instructions.
We use Royal Mail for all our packages. Higher value packages may be sent by recorded delivery ensuring there is a record of you receiving the package. When your order is delivered a signature might be required by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
If nobody is around to do this a card will be left informing you of the delivery attempt. This card will give you all the info on how to either collect your parcel or get it redelivered.
If you do not collect the parcel it will be returned to us. We will then give you a call to see if you still require the goods and to arrange redelivery. There will be a charge to the customer to cover the cost of redelivery.

Our online shop uses PayPal. When you pay with PayPal, your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant. Your financial information stays safe. Plus, you’re protected 100% against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

Toy Safety
Every toy we sell conforms to stringent regulations set out by the British Standards and the European Community and in line with the law they all carry the CE mark, denoting that they have passed the EN 71 and BS 5665 tests.
Crazy Bones are NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE as they pose a potential choking risk. By purchasing crazy bones from BONECRAZY you are agreeing to take responsibility for the safety of your children and the manner in which they use their crazy bones.
Your Privacy
Any information that you give at the time of ordering or through any correspondence with us (name, address, card details etc.) will only be used by us for processing a request or order. We will not give any of these details to anyone else. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
